Warranty and Claims

Despite the low percentage of complaints, we guarantee you the same warranty as in the stone shops. We solve the claims as quickly as possible to satisfy our customers, usually within a few days.

Standard guarantee period is 24 months and runs from taking over the goods by the consumer. The seller is responsible for product defects appearing during the warranty period. The defects caused by negligent treatment or mechanical treatment are not covered by any warranty.

How to claim the goods

Personal delivery
You can bring the claimed goods to the store AR SPORT SNOWBOARDS, s. r. o. in Vrchlabí, where the complaint report will be drawn. The complaint will be referred for assessment and if the claim is satisfied, the goods will be replaced or money will be refunded.

Delivery by post
If you wish to claim the purchased goods by delivery service, select the cheapest available means of transport. In the case the claim is satisfied, the customer has a right to get back the delivery costs but only at the lowest possible rate! The amount of postage must be supported by a document.

Fill out a complaint form stated on our website and pack the goods carefully to prevent any damages caused during transport. Send the defective goods at the address:

We are not responsible for the goods sent to another address than is stated above.

In any case, do not send goods cash on delivery! We do not take such parcels.

Do not forget to enclose copy of the invoice and an explanation why you claim the goods.

All claims are processed without pointless delay.

Return and exchange of the goods

Have you chosen the wrong product? Do not despair! Goods may be returned or exchanged without giving any reason within 14 days since the purchase. However, it must be unused and in original package.

Return or exchange of the goods is very similar to the claim process. Fill out the form on our website, pack the goods carefully to prevent any damages caused during transport and send it at the address:

Do not forget to enclose copy of the invoice and an explanation why you want to return or exchange the goods. If it is a return of the goods write also your account number where the amount should be sent to.
