Selection of the goods
First use the top menu and pick the category, where your requested product is situated. Then choose if the product is intended for children or adults.
Each section offers name, code or price filtering. In case you know the product name you can write it directly into the search box at the top right.
Shopping basket
For choosing the product and its size use the button ADD TO CART, which adds the goods into the basket. It is very similar to classical shopping basket, where you cumulate the chosen products.
After adding the product into the basket you can continue in the purchasing or you can go to cart, where you complete all necessary data.
1. Personal data
Complete your name, surname, contact address and telephone. If the delivery address is same as the contact address, do not complete.
2. Payment, delivery
Choose one of the stated possibilities of payment and delivery. If you forget to complete these two sections, the goods will be sent by DPD as the payment on delivery. Continue with the button CONTINUE.
3. Checking
The recapitulation will be shown after completing all the personal data.
• If all your data are correct, click on the bottom on FINISH ORDER.
• If you wish to change anything, use the bottom MODIFY, eventually return back using the top breadcrumb navigation or pictograms of each purchasing step.
Order and confirmation
Our customers are informed about the order status through 2 e-mails:
- the first e-mail is sent as soon as the order is accepted by the system. Each order gets its own generated order number,
- and the second mail informs about the goods expedition as well as about the tracking number.
